How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance for weekday trips and 1 week for weekends and holidays. For major events like New Year's Eve, book 2-3 weeks ahead.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (AED), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and digital payments. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
What is included in the yacht rental price?
All our yacht rentals include a professional captain and crew, fuel for standard routes, still water and soft drinks, towels, and life jackets. Additional services like catering, decorations, and extended routes are available at extra cost.
Do I need a license to rent a yacht in Dubai?
No license is required for chartered yachts as they come with experienced captains and crew. For self-drive boats under 30ft, no license is needed. Larger self-drive vessels may require certification.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. Full refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations by the captain.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also offer professional catering services with various packages to suit your event.
